Avromi brings over a decade's worth of success and experience in the multi-family space to H&A.
Before founding H&A with Hannah, Avromi was the Vice President of Operations for Strategic Properties of North America (SPNA) with operational responsibility for the Midwest Portfolio. Under his tenure overseeing operations, the Midwest portfolio grew from $300m to $1.5b.
Prior to SPNA, Avromi was the Founder and CEO of a private real estate consulting firm, with clients in Florida, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana. He was also an executive for 10 years with Lock Joint Tube, a steel tubing manufacturing company with direct responsibilities to the CEO of the parent company, a multibillion-dollar international enterprise.
Avromi studied accounting and business at Indiana University South Bend. He holds certificates from Purdue University in operational efficiencies, including their highest designation: Level II Lean Manufacturing Practitioner.
